A final year student of Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State reportedly killed himself after checking his results and discovering he will be spending an extra year in the school.The student of the department of Engineering identified as Festus died immediately. Other details regarding the suicide act is still quite sketchy for now and his body has been transferred to a mortuary as police have already begun an investigation.
